Summary

In this book four of the Airport Mouse, Airport Mouse continues to work the night shift at the new airport terminal with his friend and partner, Mr. Michelson. Airport Mouse and Mr. Michelson read books and information about the many flight destinations throughout the world. Mr. Michelson tells Captain Matt Elliott that he looks forward to traveling to these exciting places "someday; but for now, Mick and Manny will just have to dream about going." Airport Mouse goes to sleep in his special place. He dreams of being Captain Manny Mouse-piloting his plane all over the world. Airport Mouse is transported in his drams to London, Paris, Rome, Venice, the Austrian Alps, Russia, Japan, Hawaii, Tahiti, and on African Safari. The story is a tale of how one "reads to dream and dreams to become." Illustrator, Phil Jones captures the expanse of fantasy in the transformation of Airport Mouse as he becomes a Very Important Mouse [VIM] and World Traveler.
