BookMasters, Inc. would prefer that all new jobs be submitted on a supported media and in a supported format with a current set of laser printouts. This the most effective way for us to ensure the content of your project.
We also offer an Easy E-File service. This is a HTML-based upload service designed for submitting correction pages or items that were missing from the original disk submission such as art or fonts. Since this is a HTML-based upload, we prefer to keep these uploads around 10mb to avoid errors and/or complications.
BookMasters' FTP site is another option for submitting you project. This service will require you to have your own FTP client software (available at www.download.com or www.tucows.com) and be familiar enough with the client to connect to the server and upload files. We also recommend a high-speed connection. Should you be interested in using FTP to submit your project, just contact your sales representative for upload requirements and FTP account information.
